  1. Shipping Responsibility

This store provides door-to-door service through international logistics partners (DHL, FedEx, EMS, etc.).

Shipping covers: customs clearance, cross-border transportation insurance, and domestic last-mile delivery.

Special products (cold chain/fragile items) require specialized shipping plans and are individually priced.

Region: Standard Time, Expedited Service, Basic Shipping Rate
Asia: 7-12 business days + 50% fee, starting from $12.90
Europe and America: 10-15 days + 80% fee, starting from $18.50
Australia and New Zealand: 12-18 days + 60% fee Starting from $22.0

III. Prohibited Items List

Items prohibited from import or export by customs authorities of various countries (e.g., ivory products, products made from endangered species)

Liquid/powdered items (MSDS safety certification required)

Lithium batteries exceeding 100Wh

Cash and securities

IV. Special Customs Clearance Instructions

Buyers must provide: A copy of their ID card (for customs clearance of personal items)

Duty Prepaid Service: You can choose between “DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)” and “DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid)” shipping methods

Delays caused by customs inspections do not constitute a breach of contract.

V. Claims Settlement

Total Loss Compensation: Goods value + actual shipping costs (proof of purchase required)

Partial Damage Compensation: Up to 50% of the goods value

Delay Compensation: 20% of shipping costs will be applied if the delivery time exceeds 15 days.

VI. Special Circumstances

Full refunds are available for shipment disruptions caused by force majeure, such as epidemics or war.

Returns resulting from incorrectly declared goods are the responsibility of the responsible party.

Storage period for unaccepted goods is limited to 30 calendar days.
